The hotel had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The decoration was charming and reminded me of my younger years. The general areas were well-maintained and had a welcoming ambiance. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with no stairs or long corridors to navigate. It was a great relief for someone like me who values comfort and ease.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, it would have been helpful to have extra hands for carrying luggage or providing guidance around the hotel.

Fantastic!!! The lady who runs it is so friendly, and gave us excellent advice on what to visit during a time in Toulouse - a mix of the tourist attractions as well as some local knowledge. The room was just what we were after with a fridge and cooking facilities. The supermarket is a short drive away, and there is a pqrk and ride facility for the metro system about ten minutes drive away. I wouldn't recommend staying here without a car though!

Just stayed overnight en route so only used as a sleeping place

When we arrived into a cul de sac full of business units only to find after a while a gateway into the place hidden in the corner

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with guidance on navigating the city and offering great advice. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the convenience of having good parking facilities and a fantastic pool. For the price we paid, it was definitely great value for money. We would like to thank Charlotte and the other staff members for their exceptional help and warm reception during our stay.

Nothing, all great! The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities.

The best thing was being able to cook for ourselves as the equipment was provided to do so.

the staff were very friendly, and tried all they could to help you and make your stay as nice as possible, the pool and the room and the general facilities, were spotless, couldnt have been any cleaner. It was handy that the bus into town was only a ten minute walk. The prices where also great compared to everywhere else in toulouse.

I loved the green grounds and helpful staff, but the hotel's idea of secure WiFi is leaving it unsecured for anyone to hack into. Brilliant!

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the location of the Residence Thibaud.
